I would just like to put on record just how delighted we are with the work that you did for us at the end of 2011. You completely altered and refitted our kitchen. This work needed a new floor, new outside wall and new window and patio doors. The plumbing and electrical installation needed totally redoing.
Your team dug out and converted our basement. The basement is now a combined second sitting room, guest bedroom with en-suite shower room and attached small office. The work was completed to a high standard and has proved very durable. The team of builders were highly professional and extremely pleasant to have around making what is often a difficult process much much easier.
The advice given by you was always very good and helpful.
I would also like to say how delighted and relieved we were that the entire project was both finished on time and within the quoted estimate.
I would not hesitate to recommend you and your team to anyone contemplating any building work; in fact we have done so on a number of occasions. Those of our friends and colleagues that have contracted you have all been equally delighted.
Bobby and the lads did a fine job at my property on Weldon Road, Altrincham.
They converted my cellars into an amazing living space for my son including bedroom, chill out room and toilet. They were incredibly reassuring all the way through which was definitely needed after finding out that the property needed under pinning. My son is so thrilled and I find it very difficult to get him upstairs to spend time with his family!

Bobby and the boys made a terrific job of our new self contained flat in our basement.
The whole job was performed with minimal intrusion, dirt or inconvenience to us. The rubbish was taken away on a daily basis, meaning that we had no skips on our driveway, or in the road and could continue to use the garage throughout the duration of the works. Bobby was a superb project manager, co-ordinating all the different workman on a daily basis, meaning that the work was completed in a timely fashion. If there was ever a problem, Bobby sorted it promptly without quibbling. There were no ‘hidden extras’ which meant that we could plan the financial aspect without the worry of escalating costs. We are very happy with our new accommodation and have no doubts in recommending ABC conversions to anyone.

I was very pleased with the work that you and your team did for me. The main task was to convert the basement to a useable room but you also replaced some mortar and plaster that were damaged by damp and replaced the main water pipes that were lead. All this work was done according to plan and the basement became a real asset to my house. Your team deserve a special comment for being such good-humoured, friendly and totally trust-worthy people.
